Purple Porridge with Red Beans, Barley and Banana

Barley, adzuki beans, soak overnight each

Rinse the barley and adzuki beans the next morning

Put cold water, barley and red beans in a pot and cook for 20 minutes on high heat.

Peel the purple sweet potato, cut into pieces, and put it in the pot. Cook for about 10 minutes.

Add the bananas, cook for 10 minutes, turn off the heat.
Tips:
After the porridge is warm, you can add some honey. This porridge is really powerful for removing dampness. Those who are prone to get angry recently will drink it again later.
