Purple Potato Congee

Grab a small handful of glutinous rice in a bowl, wash it and soak it in water for 10 minutes

Pour the soaked glutinous rice into the rice cooker, add enough boiling water and press the cooking button

Wash the purple sweet potato, peel it and cut into small pieces

When the glutinous rice blooms, add purple sweet potato

Cook for about 10 minutes, add the corn flakes (wash the corn flakes with water) and continue to cook until the purple potato is cooked, unplug the power and simmer for 10 minutes
Tips:
I didn’t put any sugar, so I only had the sweetness of purple sweet potato. I cooked it for one person, so I put a small amount
