Prepare the ingredients

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into large pieces

Clean purple rice and glutinous rice

Pour the purple rice, glutinous rice and sweet potato chunks with slightly wider water into the pressure cooker, boil on high heat. After the steam is released, simmer for 10 minutes on the lowest heat (I use the induction cooker at 800 degrees)
