Purple Rice Mulberry Muffin

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, add eggs and 2 scoops of milk to the bowl

2. In another bowl, mix the dry powder and slowly add the egg mixture and mix well, but do not stir vigorously. If it is too dry, add a little more milk

3. Put the raspberry muffin mold with oil (or use a paper muffin cup), pour 2/3 full, and fill the muffin mold with water

4. Put a mulberry in the middle of each coarse grain and bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick is inserted and then pulled out without sticking anything. For the better, sprinkle coarse granulated sugar on the baked muffins
