Purple Sweet Potato Cake

Mix the ingredients well, and leave to ferment in a warm place for one hour, 2 times the size.

The purple sweet potato is peeled and sliced, steamed and pressed into a puree. For a delicate taste, sieve it again.

Mix flour, sugar and baking powder.

Add the mashed purple potato and coconut milk.

Stir well.

Add fermented fermented seeds.

Mix well.

Oil the steaming bowl to prevent sticking and demoulding. (The capacity of my bowl is 6oz, 177ml, which is exactly 4 bowls.)

Put the mixed batter into a steaming bowl and let it sit for 3 minutes. It has to be 9 minutes full, and it will laugh when it is steaming.

Put water in the steamer to boil, and put in the batter.

Steam on high heat for 25 minutes. Take it out immediately after steaming.

Let cool.

Soft and easy to send.
Tips:
1. Make sure to laugh when making cakes. Baking powder must be put in. Now the baking powder is safe without aluminum, and the amount used is small, which will not affect your intelligence. Many foreign cakes use baking powder.
2. To make the cake well, put the batter until 9 minutes full, put it in after the water is boiled, and steam it over high heat.
