Purple Sweet Potato Cake

Peel the steamed purple sweet potato

Cut the purple sweet potato into small pieces, pour the milk and sugar and stir well

Use a food processor to make purple potato mash

Put the yeast into the purple potato puree and stir until the yeast is dissolved in it

Pour flour into purple potato mash

Mix into a batter (the batter is very sticky, so I use a large spoon to mix it)

Put the purple sweet potato batter into the surface of the container and press it flat, let it warm and ferment to 2 times the volume

Add red dates to the surface, garnish with cold water, put it in a pot and steam for 30 minutes, then turn off the heat for 5 minutes
