Purple Sweet Potato Crystal Cake

Prepare ingredients: noodles, special flour, white sugar, purple sweet potato, maltose, corn oil and other ingredients;

Let the prepared purple sweet potato cool and set aside;

Add white sugar to a boil with an appropriate amount of water, and wait for the white sugar to dissolve;

Mix even noodles and special corn flour, pour the boiled sugar water into it, and mix well; PS: The well-mixed dough is translucent.

Then add corn oil, knead it into a smooth dough, and then divide it into small doughs of 30 grams;

Thin the dough and add 20 grams of purple sweet potato filling;

Put it into the mold and press out the pattern you like;

Put the crystal purple potato cake embryo into the steamer;

Boil the water, put the steamer on the steaming rack, and steam for 8 minutes.
Tips:
1. Purple potato filling can be replaced with other fillings;
2. The crust of the crystal cake must be boiled water and mixed until translucent;
3. Anti-sticking, you can use some cake powder on your hands and in the mold, so that it is easy to take off the mold.
