Purple Sweet Potato Fancy Bread

1. Prepare all ingredients: high-gluten flour, low-gluten flour, egg liquid, Angel yeast, sugar, milk, butter.

3. Start kneading the dough with the machine for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, add the softened butter and continue to knead the dough until it is fully expanded.

4. Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place for proofing.

5. Make the filling while the noodles are in the middle (200 grams of mashed purple sweet potato, 15 grams of butter, 10 grams of fine sugar): Wash the purple sweet potato, peel it, and steam it on a steamer until it can be easily inserted with chopsticks to turn off the fire. Put the purple sweet potato and butter into the fresh-keeping bag.

Tips:

1. Don't rush to eat the bread after it is out of the oven. Let it cool completely for an hour before eating it. The taste and texture is the best.
