Purple Sweet Potato Noodles with Mushroom Sauce

The ingredients are ready (the loofah has been peeled)

Cut the loofah into thin strips, thinly slice the ginger and garlic

Put oil in the pot

Fried ginger garlic gives a fragrance

Put the loofah in the pot and fry on high heat for 30 seconds

Add water and start cooking

Add meatballs

After boiling, add 2 grams of salt to taste after cooking the purple potato noodles

Multiply the purple sweet potato noodles into a bowl and add 1 spoon of shiitake sauce

Finally, put the loofah and meatballs in a bowl and mix it.
Tips:
I didn't give soup for taking pictures, mainly because the bowl was too small, it tasted better with some soup.
