Purple Sweet Potato Yogurt Cup

Wash the purple sweet potato and cook or steam it.

Condensed milk can be put or left, as personal preference.

Peel and put in a blender.

Put the purple potato mash (a little granular is better) into the cup, press it tightly with a spoon, and pour a little yogurt.
