Qingming Baba

Prepare glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour.

Prepare Qingming dishes. Wash the Qingming vegetables and blanch them in boiling water. Take out and squeeze dry water and chop finely.

Mix glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour, stir with hot water to form a dough, then add Qingming vegetables and knead well.

Boil the water in the pot, steam the bacon for 30 minutes after airing, and remove the mince.

Cut the dried tofu into small particles, mix with the chopped bacon, and stir-fry in a wok. Divide the Qingming dish dough into four ingredients, wrap it up like a bun, and round it.

Use a soft brush to brush a thin layer of oil in the pan, put the Qingming vegetable ball into the pan, press it into a flat circle with your hands, and fry on both sides until cooked.

The turquoise Qingming Baba is delicious. The bacon already has a salty taste, so no more salt is added.
Tips:
Qingming dishes are tasteless, so the filling can be changed as you like, but I think the salty ones are better.
