1. Sun-dried spring bamboo shoots can also be used with fresh spring bamboo shoots. Due to the impact of this year's epidemic, there are no fresh ones on the market. It happens that there are dried bamboo shoots bought last year in the house... There are many spring bamboo shoots in Jiangnan, so it is not difficult to buy dried bamboo shoots.
