Qingmingba
1.
Rinse the wormwood powder with hot water and stir well.
2.
Put the noodles, lard, and wormwood juice in the glutinous rice flour.
3.
Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and wake for 20 minutes.
4.
Divide the awake dough into small portions.
5.
Knead the dough into a small bowl with your hands, and put the bean paste in it.
6.
Squeeze the seal tightly and knead it round and flatten it slightly to form a pie.
7.
After all is done, put it in a steamer (a non-stick mat is placed in the steamer beforehand, or a vegetable leaf is placed under each cake to prevent sticking), the water is boiled over high heat, and the heat is steamed for 12 minutes.
8.
After steaming, brush a layer of cooking oil on the surface of the cake.
9.
Eat it while it's hot.
Tips:
1. Wormwood powder can be bought online.
2. Putting some lard in the rice noodles will make the mouth more moist. If you mind, you can leave it alone.
3. It is best to wrap the unfinished Qingmingba with plastic wrap to avoid sticking together.
