Tips:
1. Both Yali and Sydney can be made;
2. If possible, it can be cooked together with Chuanbei and loquat for better effect;
3. Autumn pear paste is cool, you can add 3 slices of ginger and boil together;
4. Try to choose honey with a lighter taste such as Hundred Flower Honey or Acacia Honey;
5. Since Qiuli Gao contains honey, warm water should be used when flushing and drinking. If the temperature is too high, it will destroy the nutrition.
