Quick-cooked Wonton

Wash the Shanghai greens, cut the shallots into sections, and shred the ginger slices for later use.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring to a boil, pour in wontons, ginger shreds, and add an appropriate amount of oil. Bring to medium heat until the wontons rise, add Shanghai greens, cook for one minute, add salt and chopped green onion. Turn off the heat~ complete.
Tips:
Wontons are bought in the supermarket freezers. There are various brands of wontons, and you can choose the ones you like. Don't want to cook wontons simply.
