Quick-fried Black Bean Sprouts

Pinch off the black bean sprouts to remove the roots and wash.

Shred carrots and meat, and mince garlic.
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add the minced garlic and meat until the color changes.
4.
The shredded pork changes color and stir fry with carrots.
5.
Stir the black bean sprouts quickly over high heat, add salt and monosodium glutamate.
