Black Bean Sprouts in Soup

Lean meat with a little light soy sauce, cornstarch, raw oil and stir well

Add a little oil to the pot, add ginger, not too much ginger

Add the sliced preserved eggs and fry them

Add the broth and bring to a boil (I use chicken racks and bones to boil the broth, you can also use water)

Add the lean meat, and cook for two minutes

Add the washed black bean sprouts
7.
As long as the water is turned on again and the bean sprouts turn emerald green, the fire can be turned off. Just add a little salt
