Quick Pickled Spicy Cabbage

1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: cabbage, chili sauce, garlic, pear

2. Wash the cabbage and cut into pieces

3. Put in the right amount of salt

4. Stir and mix evenly, pickling for 2-5 hours

5. Diced garlic

6. Wash the pears, peel and chop finely

7. Dry the pickled cabbage

Tips:

1. Chili sauce is available in supermarkets, you can choose what you like
2. Both pears and apples can be used, mainly for taste
