Quick Waffle
1.
First, prepare the ingredients: 100 grams of muffin powder, 1 egg, and 40 grams of milk. Muffin flour is already prepared and can be made directly without adding sugar and baking powder. If you use flour, add sugar and baking powder.
2.
Pour the muffin flour into a larger bowl, knock in an egg, and then pour in 40 grams of milk.
3.
Use a manual whisk to beat the ingredients in the bowl until there are no particles.
4.
Remove the baking tray of the waffle maker in advance to clean it, dry it with a kitchen paper towel, reinstall it, close the lid, plug in the electricity, and preheat for 1 minute.
5.
After preheating, brush with a layer of oil, both on the upper and lower baking trays (vegetable oil or butter is fine, depending on personal preference).
6.
Scoop a spoonful of the prepared batter and pour it on the waffle pan. Don't be too full, just ninety minutes full. Cover the lid and bake for about 3 minutes.
7.
When the time is up, turn on the machine, and the delicious waffles are ready, crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, super delicious.
8.
With a cup of coffee, a simple and delicious afternoon tea is done, is it particularly convenient?

Tips:
1. I use the tuned muffin powder. If you use flour, you need to add some sugar and baking powder.
2. Use vegetable oil or butter to brush the oil on the baking tray, depending on personal preference.
3. Milk can also be used instead of water.
