Wash the large intestine with an appropriate amount of flour and a spoonful of salt, and then remove the fat inside.

Prepare the ginger, onion, garlic and chili in the ingredients, wash and cut the onion.

Put an appropriate amount of water on the pressure cooker, put the large intestine into the pot, add two green onions, star anise, and half a piece of ginger, cover tightly and boil, press on high heat for 10 minutes. (Until the large intestine can be rubbed through with chopsticks)

Finally, add onion and chili and stir-fry until cut off and turn off the heat. If you think it is not salty enough, you can add an appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry.

Tips:
If enough bean paste is added, soy sauce can be omitted. If you don’t have a pressure cooker, you can cook the large intestines for 30 minutes before picking up.
