Winter is a good time to eat white radish, and its nourishing effect is comparable to that of small ginseng. Adding it and mushrooms to the tube bones can nourish and relieve greasiness.

Radish and Enoki Mushroom Soup

1. Wash the tube bones and put them in cold water, boil the ginger slices, remove and wash

2. Put the cooking wine in the pot to remove the fishy

3. After the boiled water has been boiled, change the heat to a low heat

4. Peel the white radish and cut into pieces, remove the root of the enoki mushroom and wash

5. Wait for the bones to become soft and put in the white radish to boil, add salt

Tips:

Boil the bones first to remove blood and rinse
