Radish Bone Soup
1.
Add water to the pot and blanch the bones

Wash the bones, put them in a casserole, add water, green onions, and ginger to a boil over high heat, add cooking wine, turn to low heat and simmer for 90 minutes

White radish, peeled carrots, cut into pieces
4.
Boil water in a pot, add radish to blanch water
5.
Simmer for 90 minutes, add the radish and simmer for about 20 minutes
6.
Add salt and cook out
