Radish Bone Soup

Wash the bones, slice ginger, scallions into sections, two star anises, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, boil for 2 hours.

Cut the radish into a hob shape. (I put a little carrot in it together)

Throw away the floating powder, green onion and sliced ginger (you can keep one or two slices).

Put the radish in and continue to boil for 1.5-2 hours.

Add in the right amount of salt and you can drink it.

The hot radish soup, the bone marrow in the tube bones can hardly be too delicious. The weather is not too cold now, this soup is probably warm in winter!
Tips:
Star anise can be omitted, but ginger is a must.
