[radish Bone Soup] from The Bottom of The Box

In the above material map, one carrot and one pork bone were asked to cut into pieces when they bought it. This product is not easy to cut at home.

Pork bone blanched radish and cut into pieces. Prepare a small bowl with star anise, bay leaves, green onion, ginger, garlic, and red dates.

Add water to the casserole + blanched pork bones + stew in a small bowl. Turn the high heat to a low heat and simmer for an hour.

Add the radish cubes, simmer for half an hour + salt + white pepper + sugar, seasoning.
