Friends who like to eat radishes can try this if they are interested. I usually use white radish stewed squid soup, but today I tried this radish pork belly pan-fried bun, it was really delicious!
Radish has anti-inflammatory and cough-reducing effects, promotes digestion, anti-oxidation, detoxification and anti-cancer effects. Eating more benefits!

Radish Fried Bun

1. Spontaneously raise the flour and warm water to mix and stir well

2. Knead the dough, knead until the dough is smooth, close the lid, seal and leave for about two hours

3. Minced meat with a meat grinder, chopped white radish, and shiitake mushrooms after soaking

4. Stir in chopped green onion, salt and minced ginger

5. Add in the very fresh flavor, season with oil and sesame oil, and mix well.

6. The dough is about twice as big

7. Open the big seven holes

8. Knead the dough to remove the air, and roll it into a strip

9. Cut small agent

10. Rush into round skin

11. Put the filling in the middle of the dough and knead it into shape, let it stand for ten minutes to proceed

12. Pour the oil into the wok and heat it up

13. Add buns and fry until golden

14. Pour water to half of the buns, cover and simmer on high heat for 20 minutes

15. Until the soup is dry, sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds
