Radish Peel

Wash the radish, peel off the radish, add a proper amount of salt, stir well, and let it stand for 15 minutes.

Sand the radish skins to vacate the water, add minced garlic, vinegar, sugar, light soy sauce, chicken essence and sesame oil.

Stir evenly and put it on the plate.
Tips:
When the radish is moist, you can add more salt to remove the spiciness of the radish skin.
