Radish Pickles
1.
Cut the radish into small strips and marinate in salt for an hour until excess water is released.

Put a large bowl of light soy sauce in the pot.
3.
Add pepper and star anise.
4.
Boil on high heat and let it cool.
5.
Add garlic slices to the radish sticks.
6.
Add millet to be spicy.
7.
Add parsley.
8.
Pour in the boiled sauce.
9.
Keep in the refrigerator overnight and eat.
