Radish Shredded Meatballs

Wash the radish

Insert into a wire.
3.
Dice green onion and ginger.
4.
Add flour, starch, egg, salt and baking soda to the shredded radish.
5.
Stir well. Let stand for 15 minutes.
6.
Roll the radishes into small balls, not too big, because adding baking soda will leave them puffy.
7.
Deep fry in the oil and heat.
8.
Fry it out.
