Rainbow Salad

Wash the lettuce, tear it into large pieces by hand, and spread it under the plate. Hand tearing can preserve the taste of lettuce

Ingredients, broccoli blanched in water, cut in the middle of each flower. The eggs are cooked and peeled and cut into four corners. Diced ham, sliced pickled cucumbers, and cut the cherry tomatoes in the middle

Place the ingredients on the plate one by one, match the colors well, and put them like a rainbow. Then sprinkle with crushed black pepper. Be careful to use crushed pepper instead of powder. Add a little more cheese powder to taste

Tips:
1. Don't use too much of each ingredient, otherwise you will get a big pot
2. Don't cook the eggs until they are fully cooked. They are delicious with a little sugar.
3. Use crushed black pepper instead of powder, it will become pulpy
4. The salad dressing I chose in the end is suitable for mixed dishes with meat, especially with tuna.
