Carry out the second fermentation.

After the fermentation is over, start the baking function of the bread machine. Set baking color, medium color weight; 750g time 40 minutes.

When time is up, take the bread out and cool and slice it.
Tips:
The color of the colored dough is adjusted according to your favorite color. If you dislike the pigment in the jelly powder, you can replace it with red yeast rice powder, matcha powder, and jelly powder, which will affect the rise of the dough. It is best not to use it. Brush the surface of the bread with egg wash before baking to make the color more beautiful.
