Raisin Peanut Nougat
1.
Ingredients: 50 grams of caster sugar, 100 grams of light cream, 16 grams of water malt, 75 grams of cooked peanuts, 20 grams of raisins
2.
Peel the peanuts and roll them into two pieces, chop the raisins and mix them together
3.
Pour the whipped cream, confectioner's sugar, and water malt into the pot, heat over medium heat and stir to melt. Continue to stir until it is thick and the color becomes light brown. Turn off the heat, add peanuts and raisins, and mix well
4.
Pour into a shallow dish, shape and roll out, refrigerate until solidified. Make a circle with a knife, demould, cut into pieces, and wrap in sugar paper
Tips:
Peanuts and raisins can be replaced with other favorite dried fruits and nuts. The cooking process requires constant stirring to avoid burning the bottom of the pot.
Putting it in the refrigerator after shaping will shorten the setting time.
