Rice pudding is made of rice products. The steamed rice pudding has a soft, sweet and delicate texture. Adding raisins makes the taste more sweet and slightly sour. The rice cakes are soft and easy to digest, and can be eaten by the elderly and children.

Raisin Rice Cake

1. Ingredients: flour, arowana small fresh rice, raisins and sugar

2. Weigh 70 grams of rice and soak in water in advance

3. Put the soaked rice into the wall breaker, add clean water, I add it to the lowest limit

4. Grind it into rice milk and pour it in a basin, add sugar

5. Add flour

6. Add yeast powder and baking powder, stir evenly, and ferment in a warm place

7. Use chopsticks to stir the fermented rice paste

8. Prepare a small bowl that can be steamed in the pot, brush a layer of oil with a brush, so that the steamed rice cake can be quickly taken out

9. Pour the rice paste into a small bowl. It should be seven or eighth full. Sprinkle the cleaned raisins on the surface and the raisins will sink slowly. After the water is boiled, steam it in the pot for 20 minutes. Let it cool and you can take it out

10. The steamed rice cakes are soft and slightly sweet, especially delicious.

11. Come, have a taste

Tips:

The rice needs to be soaked in advance. I polished it with a wall-breaking machine and beat it twice, making it more delicate. The amount of sugar I added is slightly sweet. I like sweeter ones, so I can add the amount of sugar appropriately. Arowana small fresh rice, 300 grams a can.
