Colorful Chicken Fried Rice

Prepare all the ingredients, dice bell peppers, onions, fungus, and carrots for later use.

Dice chicken breast, add barbecue sauce, mix well and set aside.

Put 150 grams of Arowana small fresh rice into the rice cooker.

Add clean water and rinse again. Then re-add an appropriate amount of water to turn on the rice cooker's cooking function.

Put an appropriate amount of Arowana peanut oil in the pot.

Add the marinated chicken breast and stir fry until the color changes.

Add the rice. If the rice is left over from the last meal, sprinkle a little salt on top of the cake and stir fry, it will be easy to fry.

Tips:
1. The side dishes may be replaced according to personal taste.
2. The chicken can be marinated in barbecue sauce in advance, or it can be fried directly without marinating, and seasoned with a little light soy sauce.
3. The rice used for fried rice is preferably cool rice. Of course, the rice should not be too soft or sticky when cooking.
