Raw Beef and Cabbage Porridge

Take the beef out of the refrigerator and warm it to room temperature;

Pour the white porridge into a pot, bring to a boil, stir and add shredded cabbage;

Stir constantly with a spoon to prevent the porridge from sticking to the bottom of the pot, and cook until the porridge boils;
4.
Use your hands or chopsticks to spread the beef into the pot, without stirring, let the beef cook until the color changes;
5.
Stir the ginger shreds, let the porridge boil, and reduce the heat;
6.
Sprinkle chopped green onion and sesame oil when it comes out of the pot, and pour the porridge directly into a bowl.
Tips:
1. Beef can be marinated according to the method of fried beef slices. The author has a recipe of fried beef slices on this site for reference;
2. It's better to cut the beef thinly, and don't over boil it.
