Raw Melon Beef Slices

Prepare ingredients.

Stir the beef slices with light soy sauce, beer, salt, egg white and pepper. After marinating for three to five minutes, add cornstarch and stir well for later use.

Cut the raw melon into thin slices.

Put the hot oil in a hot pan and stir-fry the ginger in a sliding pan.

Add the beef slices after sautéing the shredded ginger.

Stir-fry beef slices to change color, add oyster sauce and stir-fry out of the pan for later use.

Add the squash slices in a hot pan with hot oil and stir fry.

Add salt and stir fry until the raw melon becomes soft.

Add beef slices and stir-fry evenly, add a little shrimp powder and stir-fry out of the pan.
