Red Bean and Black Rice Congee

We soaked all the ingredients in water in advance. Mine was soaked last night. Red beans should be soaked for more than ten hours. Soak the other two kinds of rice for one hour.

We first put the black rice in the pot and put an appropriate amount of water, and boil it on high heat.

Wash the glutinous rice and red beans, drain the water, and put them in the pot.

Add rock sugar, and gently stir the various ingredients in the pot with a spoon. Turn to low heat and simmer for one hour.

The delicious porridge is ready.
Tips:
Some friends make this dish, and they like to add jujubes and peanuts to it. It's all possible. I personally feel that this dish cannot be too sweet. The key is that this dish must be stewed very softly to make it delicious.
