Red Bean and Coix Seed Congee

Prepare materials

After washing the red bean and coix seed, soak in clean water for 2 hours, changing the water once in between.

Put the inner pot into the electric pressure cooker and put in rock sugar. If you don’t like sweets, you can leave it out. Please adjust the amount of water according to your personal needs. If you want to drink more water, you can increase it.

Select the eight-treasure porridge function for 35 minutes, adjust the pressure to gear 7, and start the program.

Open the lid and eat.
