Red Bean and Lotus Seed Soup

1. Red beans and mung beans are soaked overnight in advance. Or soak for 8 hours

2. Wash the lotus seeds after soaking in the same way. (If you are afraid of hardship, remove the lotus heart)

3. Boil water in a pot, put the lotus seeds and mung beans and red beans together

4. Bring to a boil, change the heat to low, and simmer slowly for 1 hour. Wait for natural cooling

5. Add rock sugar, wait for the rock sugar to melt, and drink it (it’s better if it’s frozen)

Tips:

The addition and subtraction of materials is also possible according to your own method. Sugar can also be used.
