Red Bean, Barley, Red Date Congee

Prepare ingredients.

Soak the ingredients in clean water for 1 hour and soak until soft. (Except rock candy)

Wash and put into electric pressure cooker.
4.
Pour 1000ml of water into the electric pressure cooker.
5.
Close the lid, turn on the power, and press the Eight Treasure Congee button until the electric pressure cooker prompts sound, and the lid can be opened after the safety eye drops.
6.
Add rock sugar and stir well.
7.
Put it into a bowl.
