Red Bean Buns

Pour the flour, milk powder, and sugar together, and mix the yeast with warm water, add appropriate amount of water, and mix the noodles. Put it warm and ferment.

Ferment to two to three times as big, about two hours.

Use the baking time to make traps. I soaked red beans, peanuts and barley for a day in advance. Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and crush it with a rolling pin.

Tips:
I forgot a bit. I put some oil in the dough. It was the first time I added it. I felt that the dough should be smooth and the steamed noodles were white.
