Red Bean, Coix Seed, Gorgon and Black Bean Congee

Soak red beans and black beans in warm hot water. The rest of the ingredients are better to cook. Soak in hot water for about an hour.

Barley and Gorgon can be soaked in hot water for about half an hour, which is shorter than red beans and black beans. If you want to eat the chewy Coix Seed and Gorgon, you can also choose not to soak.

The grapes are dry cleaned and ready for use. They can be cooked together with the porridge to add sweetness. In addition, the raisins have the effect of curing anemia. It is strongly recommended to add them when cooking porridge!

So the ingredients are poured into the pot together, (I also put two slices of yam to cook at the same time, you can do whatever you want, you don’t have to learn from me haha), and finally, with the water for soaking the beans, pressure cook for about 20 minutes. (Ordinary pot about 60 minutes, after the high fire boils, simmer slowly)
