Red Bean Crepes Over 12 Months
1.
· Reference Moon Age·
Babies who are over 12 months old and are not allergic to ingredients· Food preparation·
200 grams of plain flour/ 100 grams of red beans, 110 grams of milk, 10 grams of sugar, 2 grams of yeast, and ingredients above oil only represent the amount of production and not the amount of one meal for the baby
2.
Put the red beans in clean water and soak overnight in advance.
*Soaking in advance can shorten the boiling time of the red beans. Now the weather is getting hotter, you can put it in the refrigerator and soak.
3.
On the next day, put the soaked red beans in a rice cooker, add water that has not passed the red beans, and select the steaming function for 30 minutes.
*Either use an electric rice cooker, electric pressure cooker or a pot for cooking porridge. Cook until the red beans are crushed by chopsticks. The time should be adjusted according to the actual soaking situation and the grams of red beans, mainly based on the ripeness.
4.
Add yeast to ordinary flour, and then pour milk while stirring the ingredients into a dough shape.
*Milk can be replaced with an equal amount of brewed formula milk or water. Yeast can also be dissolved in warm milk in advance, and then poured into flour.
5.
Then use the palm of your hand to knead into a smooth dough.
*Because the water absorption of each type of flour is different, so if you feel sticky during the kneading process, add a little flour; if it feels too dry, add a little water, be sure to use a small amount several times.
6.
Cover with plastic wrap, and leave to ferment in a warm place to double the original size.
* Fermentation must not look at the time, it depends on the state that is twice as large. Here is a good way to test it: dip your fingers in dry flour and insert the dough to observe. If the hole does not rebound, the dough will not collapse, that is Fermented to just the right state.
* Regarding the fermentation method, you can also use 2 kinds of kitchen utensils to assist: if you use the oven to ferment, put the dough in the oven, select the fermentation mode (down tube 40 degrees) to start the oven, it takes about 1 hour; if you use the steamer to ferment, the pot is in the pot Add half a pot of hot water at about 40 degrees, put the dough on the basket, cover the pot and ferment for about 1 hour.
7.
Take the cooked red beans out of the pot, add some sugar and mash them for later use.
*You can also put the boiled red beans directly into the cooking machine and smash them into bean paste. The more delicate the better.
8.
After the dough has been fermented, remove the plastic wrap, knead it to exhaust air, and knead it into a strip.
9.
Then cut into noodles of uniform size. Here I cut 8 pieces and made 8 cakes, please refer to the data sisters.
10.
Then roll the dough into a thin cake on the sides and thick in the middle.
11.
Put an appropriate amount of bean paste in the pie, and then close the mouth to tighten.
*If you don't use red bean paste, you can use other beans or replace it with purple potato filling or pumpkin filling.
12.
Flatten the dumplings gently, and roll them into a pancake shape with a rolling pin.
13.
Use a knife to gently press out some patterns on the surface.
*I use a bread knife. This step is mainly for a good look, and the sisters who find it troublesome are omitted directly.
14.
Heat the pan with oil, put in the prepared bean paste cakes, and cover with a lid.
*If the heat is not well mastered, you can also steam it directly in the pot, and the overall taste will be soft after steaming.
15.
Fry on medium-low heat until the bottom is slightly yellow, open the lid and turn over.
16.
Continue to fry for 2~3 minutes, wait until both sides have changed color, and take it out after it is cooked.
17.
Take a big bite while it's hot, it's so delicious! The slightly crispy taste of shanuo has been lingering in the mouth. I think no one can refuse it, right?
