Red Bean Eight Treasure Congee

Method: Soak red beans, black rice, peanuts, coix seed, lily, and lotus seeds for more than three hours before cooking.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil. Put the soaked ingredients and washed glutinous rice and rice into the pot together.

Boil on high heat for about 15 minutes, add red dates and appropriate amount of rock sugar, turn to low heat for 20 minutes, turn off the heat when the porridge is thick.
