The glutinous rice flour is blended with milk, and it has a milky fragrance, plus the soft boiled red beans, mixed with the sweetness of dates. How sweet is this glutinous rice cake to eat?

Red Bean Glutinous Rice Cake

1. Ingredients: glutinous rice flour, milk, red beans (soaked in water in advance), red dates

2. Slowly add the milk to the glutinous rice flour, stirring while adding

3. Just mix it into a paste

4. Prepare a container that can be heated

5. Cut the plastic wrap into a suitable size and place it in a container

6. Pour part of the glutinous rice paste into a container, spread a layer of red beans, and then pour a layer of glutinous rice paste

7. Spread a layer of red beans

8. Pour the remaining glutinous rice paste into a container, spread the red dates evenly on top, (I used dried red dates, soak them in water in advance before using them), boil water in the pot, put the container in the steamer, and steam over high heat. 25 minutes, take it out and let cool and cut into pieces

9. Finished product

Tips:

Glutinous rice cake can be eaten with white sugar, or you can add sugar directly when making glutinous rice paste. You can keep it in the refrigerator if you can't finish it at a time, just take it out and heat it thoroughly before eating. Cut it after cooling to avoid sticking to the knife and make it easier to store in pieces.
