Red Bean Goldfish Buns
1.
Knead the pumpkin flour yeast into a smooth dough. Knead the dough for about 15 minutes. Cover the dough tightly and ferment to double its size. (I didn’t add any more water, the pumpkin moisture is just right)
2.
Knead the fermented dough into a long column and cut into equal portions.
3.
Take a piece of dough, roll it into a round piece, and wrap it in red beans. Pinch your mouth tightly, forget to take a picture in this step, forgive me! After wrapping the red beans, squeeze it into a round shape, and thin it with your hand toward one end to make a goldfish body.
4.
Cut the middle of the tail with a scraper. Press it into stripes, and pinch it to form a goldfish back with your hands in the middle. Take a little bit of dough and knead it into a small round piece and stick it on to make a goldfish mouth. (I wanted to talk about more detailed steps, but I can only write 9 steps)
5.
Then use a knife to scratch out the scales of the goldfish, and then take two black rice or the like and stick them to the ends of the head to make eyes. The operation is complete. Complete the remaining dough in the same way.
6.
Put the shaped noodles into a steamer that has been rubbed with oil, cover tightly and let them stand for 15 minutes.
7.
Fill the pot with water, cover the noodle cold water pot tightly, and after boiling over high heat, continue to steam for 15 minutes away from the heat. After turning off the heat, do not open the lid and steam for about 5 minutes before opening.
8.
The finished product is out of the pot.
