Red Bean Milk Glutinous Rice Balls
1.
Prepare the red beans, milk, and glutinous rice flour. Wash the red beans, add two bowls of water, and put the appropriate amount of sugar into the electric pressure cooker. Select the beans button, and cook them in half an hour. If there is no pressure cooker, the red beans can be soaked in advance and then cooked faster.
2.
Mix the glutinous rice flour with a small amount of white sugar, add a teaspoon of lard, pour it into warm water and knead it to form a dough. It is very soft and glutinous. You can also add fruit and vegetable juice to knead into a colorful dough.
3.
Knead the kneaded dough and knead it into a round shape, depending on the size you like
4.
Put the kneaded glutinous rice balls in a pot of boiling water and cook until they float (slowly push with a spatula, and be careful to dip the pot), then turn off the heat and cover and keep them stuffy. The glutinous rice balls will not be sticky.
5.
Pour the cooked red bean paste into an appropriate amount of milk to boil, then add the glutinous rice balls into a bowl of red bean paste, sweet, fragrant and soft.
