Whether it is breastfeeding or baby, there are dietary restrictions. Today I recommend a "milk tea" that can be drunk by both breastfeeding and babies.

Red Bean Milk Milk Tea

1. Prepare all the ingredients, two kinds of red beans, soak them overnight in advance.

2. Put the red beans into the pot, pour in the right amount of water, not too much water, and bring to a boil on high heat.

3. Add brown sugar and reduce heat to simmer for 30 minutes.

4. After the red beans are boiled, add a box of pure milk.

5. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes on low heat.

6. Pour into the cup and enjoy. Normalized organic pure milk, a good partner for baby food supplement

Tips:

Do not add milk to the red beans before they bloom, otherwise it will not be easy to cook.
