I don’t know when I started to like drinking milk tea. Although bottled milk tea is delicious, it always feels flavorful and very sweet. Although it is made by myself without sugar, it feels very light and refreshing, and it tastes good.

Red Bean Milk Tea

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Soak the red beans overnight in advance.

3. Add water to the red beans, boil until boiling, add rock sugar, and cook until the soup becomes thick and the red beans are soft.

4. Add a small amount of water to the milk pot, put in the tea bag after the water is boiled, and boil for one minute.

5. Add milk.

6. Take out the tea bag and pour in the evaporated three-flower milk.

7. Add condensed milk. Put the red beans into the cup, and then pour the milk tea.

Tips:

Sanhua evaporated milk is usually used to make desserts, coffee, thick soup, milk tea and other drinks. It is one of the essential seasonings in Hong Kong-style stocking milk tea. Sanhua evaporated milk has a rich milky aroma and a salty taste in Wei Ce, so you can leave it if you can't buy it.
