Red Bean Paste
1.
Prepare the ingredients, soak the red beans one day in advance, and change the water two or three times during the period to prevent the high temperature from deteriorating the red beans
2.
Add some water to the soaked red beans and boil in the pot, cook on low heat for half an hour until they are soft and rotten (because they have been soaked for a long time, they will be completely rotten after half an hour)
3.
Take out the cooked beans and pour them into the wall breaker, with only a little water for boiling the beans, use a cooking stick to help beat them until smooth
4.
The made red bean paste is very delicate
5.
Pour the red bean paste into the bread bucket, you can pour all the oil and sugar in, or pour half of the oil and sugar first, and then add according to your own taste, put the bread bucket into the bread machine, and choose the jam program
6.
It took about one and a half programs, more than an hour, one program to the last 20 minutes when the machine does not stir, I end the program, and then start the jam program, do not have to wait for the second program to end, see if the state of the bean paste The non-stick spoon can completely hold the group, and the red bean filling is ready at this level, and it can be made into buns and bread, etc.
Tips:
1. The longer the red beans are soaked, the easier it is to boil when they are cooked;
2. The red beans must be completely boiled before they can be beaten delicately. If they can be easily crushed with a spoon, it means they are cooked;
3. If you use a wall-breaking machine to make bean paste, only the beans are cooked bad enough, so you don’t need to bring a lot of water into the wall-breaking machine. If you use an ordinary cooking machine, you need to bring more water to beat together, because the ordinary cooking machine The power will be relatively low;
4. When using the bread machine to fry the stuffing, I have to get the red bean paste halfway, because the stirring leaf sometimes turns out a large space under the red bean paste and spins it idly, just press down the bean paste;
5. If there is no bread machine, try to use a non-stick pan to fry the stuffing. Fry on medium and low heat until the non-stick spoon is completely clumped together.
