Red Bean Paste
1.
The red beans grown at home are sieved and soaked overnight!
2.
Cook in an electric pressure cooker
3.
Stir it with a food processor! You can also use a spoon to squeeze the red beans directly without breaking them in a cooking machine after they have been cooked!
4.
In the blender, I stirred part of the red beans, but not all of them were mixed into red soy milk. My family likes to eat with a little beans.
5.
Pour into the wok and boil
6.
Put in xylitol and lard! Because there are people with three highs in the family who can't eat sugar, so put xylitol!
7.
Keep cooking, keep stirring during the cooking process to prevent it from becoming mushy
8.
Boiled red bean paste
9.
Put it in a fresh-keeping box, and pack it into steamed buns, glutinous rice balls, glutinous rice balls or other bean paste products after cooling! You can also refrigerate the unfinished bean paste filling!
